Managing contacts

In One Net Operator Console you can have two types of contacts: personal contacts and company contacts. Personal contacts can be added, edited and deleted. Company contacts are shared with all One Net Operator Console users and can be modified only using One Net Feature Management Portal.

Company contacts are displayed with the icon. They are downloaded automatically when you log in and appear in the list only when you search for them.

Updating contacts

Log out of One Net Operator Console at the end of the day to keep your contacts up to date.

You can view, search and organise your contacts in Contacts. You can also monitor selected contacts, start calls with them or email them. It's also possible to select most frequently-used contacts as your favourites.
