CRM integration

One Net Operator Console can integrate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.

When integrated with CRM applications, One Net Operator Console can:

  • Gather information from the CRM applications.
  • Search through the contacts of the CRM applications.
  • Manage calls moving through the CRM application.
  • Log calls in the CRM applications.

One Net Operator Console supports the following CRMs:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 2016 (version 8.0 of December 2015)
  • Microsoft Outlook (2013/2016)
  • Salesforce CRM (version 35 onwards)
  • SugarCRM (version 7.0 onwards)
Note

Microsoft Outlook integration

Microsoft Outlook can only be added once as a local integration. The only available configurations for Microsoft Outlook are description message and enable/disable integration. One Net Operator Console can only search contacts and log calls.

Note

Salesforce CRM integration

Salesforce CRM requires a license with support for REST API calls. Check with Salesforce CRM support if your licence is supported.
