Microsoft Outlook integration
Microsoft Outlook can only be added once as a local integration. The only available configurations for Microsoft Outlook are description message and enable/disable integration. One Net Operator Console can only search contacts and log calls.
Salesforce CRM integration
Salesforce CRM requires a license with support for REST API calls. Check with Salesforce CRM support if your licence is supported.
Microsoft Outlook integration
You don't need credentials to configure and to use Microsoft Outlook.
MicrosoftDynamics integration
When configuring Microsoft Dynamics, provide the Server URL and Client ID.

You can change the order in which One Net Operator Console uses CRM integrations. One Net Operator Console uses the first CRM integration in the list.
