When you first start using One Net Operator Console there are some setup tasks that you might need to do. You can do these tasks or change these settings later on if you want to.
Contact your IT support to make sure the firewall software you're using doesn't block One Net Operator Console.

New User Datagram Protocol (UDP) ports
UDP 29536 is a new starting port. UDP 49535 is a new ending port.

You can choose your preferred language. The default language is English.
One Net Operator Console has two modes of interaction. You can choose between mouse mode and touch mode. Touch mode increases the size of the buttons in One Net Operator Console.
To improve accessibility, One Net Operator Console can provide extra information and add pauses for screen readers.
You can choose how contacts in your address book are displayed and sorted.
You can change the font size.
You can change your audio settings.
You can define when a ringtone is played for incoming calls.
You can choose to receive notifications about incoming calls when One Net Operator Console is minimized. If you do, a popup window appears whenever you receive a call.
You can set a ringtone to indicate that you have an incoming call.
You can automatically sort incoming calls by the waiting time or by the call priority.
This option overrides other sorting settings.
You can choose not to display anonymous calls in your incoming calls area.
You can set a ringtone to indicate that you have a new voicemail message.
One Net Operator Console can generate call diagnostics reports.
You can define how long your call history is stored for.
You can delete your entire call history.
