With One Net you can answer calls using your desk phone, mobile, tablet or PC. You can also use your tablet or PC to answer calls through One Net Operator Console or Skype® for Business.
Using One Net Mobile Client doesn't change the way you answer calls on your mobile phone.
With One Net Operator Console, you can answer calls in several ways. You can answer calls directly in the application or from a call notification. You can also answer calls for a colleague.

Members of a call pickup group can answer each other's calls from their own phones, or from One Net Operator Console and One Net miniClient.
