Desk phones, conference phones and a range of hardware products are available in One Net Business and One Net Office.
When you want to make a call on your desk phone, you can dial the number in a couple of ways. If you receive a call when you're already busy, you can answer or ignore a new call.
Enter the phone number you want to dial using one of the following options.

A line key with an on-hold call flashes red slowly. A free line key is green.
When you receive a call on your desk phone, one of the two line keys flashes red rapidly and the caller ID is displayed on the screen.
Pick up the receiver, or, for hands-free access, press your speaker, headset or flashing line key button, or press Answer.

The call in progress is put on hold and you can speak to the new caller. The line key for the on-hold call flashes red slowly. You can switch between the calls by pressing the flashing line key button.
