Getting started with desk phones

Desk phones, conference phones and a range of hardware products are available in One Net Business and One Net Office.

Installing your desk phone

Your desk phone is pre-configured and ready to use. The first time your desk phone is plugged in, it needs to retrieve information from the One Net system. This can take about 20 minutes. When it is finished, your name appears at the top of the screen and you can use the phone.

If you need help installing and connecting your desk phone, contact your administrator or check the user guide. Links to the user guides are on the page for each desk phone.

First steps with your desk phone

When your desk phone is ready to use, you can set up your voicemail greeting and other announcements.
