Desk phones, conference phones and a range of hardware products are available in One Net Business and One Net Office.
When you transfer a call to someone else, you can make an announced (assisted) transfer, during which you check that the person can accept the call before you transfer it. Alternatively, you can make an unannounced (blind) transfer, when you transfer the call without checking that the person can take the call.
You answer a call on your desk phone. It's a customer who would like to speak to Erika in the sales team. You can see from your Busy Lamp Field (BLF) that Erika is available to take a call. You call Erika to give her some details about the customer. While you do this, the customer is put on hold. When you've finished speaking to Erika, you can transfer the customer's call to her.
Press Dial.
The call is put on hold and the phone dials the number you entered.
Press Dial.
The call ends on your phone and the caller is transferred to the contact you called.
When you have a call you want to transfer, press the transfer button.
The call is put on hold.
Enter the phone number of the contact you want to add to the conference call.
Or
Press the contacts button and select a contact from your personal directory or from One Net Address Book.
Or
Press the call history button and select a contact from your recent call history.
When you have a call you want to transfer, press the transfer button.
The call is put on hold.
Enter the phone number of the contact you want to add to the conference call.

Press the call history button and select a contact from your recent call history.
