With One Net you can handle calls in a number of ways, using different applications or devices. For example, you can transfer a call to another contact or forward calls to voicemail or another person.
When you transfer a call to someone else, you can check that the person can accept the call before you transfer it, or you can transfer the call directly without talking to them.
On Android™ phone or iPhone®, you can transfer calls by selecting Transfer from the mid-call overlay menu that is displayed on your screen.
If you are busy or out of the office, you can forward your calls to another extension or divert them to voicemail.
You can also use phone shortcuts to forward calls throughout the One Net Business applications.

If you want to transfer a call to someone who's not likely to be at their desk, you can park the call on their phone.
