One Net Feature Management Portal (users)
Simplify your teamwork with real-time updates on staff availability, conference calls for up to five users, and other cooperation features.
You can find out more information about One Net features below.
This feature is available only to One Net Business and One Net Office users.
With this feature you can see if other One Net users are available on their desk phones or mobiles.
Your colleagues' availability is tracked by a special device attached to your desk phone. LEDs on the device change colour depending on the current status of the colleague you are monitoring.
Watch how to use Busy Lamp Field:
When you're a part of a call pickup group, you can answer calls ringing on other members' phones by dialling the phone shortcut #155*.
Our availability feature lets you see the availability, or presence, of your team and other members of staff, helping you to work more productively. Our chat service allows you to send instant messages and share documents with individuals or groups, contributing to a seamless way of working.
As an administrator, you can lock a feature to prevent users from changing the settings for that feature. Users have read-only access to the settings for locked features.
A hunt group is a way to manage incoming calls to a phone number shared by a group of people. The distribution of the calls depends on the policy you apply to the hunt group.
You can appoint an assistant if you want someone else to handle your calls when you're unavailable or when you want to answer only selected calls.
If you're someone's assistant, you can edit some of the options for managing that person's calls.
With this feature you can include up to four people in an active call, setting up a conference call.

During the initial setup of One Net for your organisation, Vodafone enters the names and phone numbers of all users. This action adds all users to the company's One Net Address Book.
Vodafone One Net integrates with Microsoft® Skype® for Business, allowing you to continue using Skype for Business, routing calls via the Vodafone network. You can maintain access to your current Skype for Business capabilities, while making the most of the advanced communications features available through Vodafone One Net.
Skype for Business integration is available only on PC and Microsoft tablets
Talk to the One Net administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
