You can have an assistant who handles your calls when you're unavailable or when you want to answer only selected calls.
You can select a user or a company number to take calls for you. When your call goes to your assistant, they hear a message that the call is intended for you and what is your current status.
The person you select as your assistant can edit some of the options or stop handling calls for you.
You can set up assistant options, such as selecting a user or a company number that your incoming calls are diverted to and selecting whether you are notified about the calls. You can also create a whitelist of people whose calls aren't diverted to your assistant.
