Changing password

You can change the password you use to log in to One Net Feature Management Portal and the other One Net applications.

Your password must meet the following criteria:

  • Between 8 and 16 characters
  • At least one number 0-9
  • At least one lower case letter a-z
  • At least one upper case letter A-Z
  • At least one special character !/()'",*=«»|%#&.\-<>$_?+

Changing the temporary password

After you log in to One Net Feature Management Portal for the first time, you have to change the temporary password.

To change your password

  1. Access One Net Feature Management Portal.

  2. Select My Profile > My Personal Information.
  3. Select Change Password.
  4. Enter your current password and a new password.
  5. Re-type your new password to confirm it's correct.
  6. Select Change password.
