One Net Feature Management Portal help for users

Manager

You can be assigned to one or more managers that you handle incoming calls for. You can view the details of the service and edit selected options.

About the manager service

You can view the details of the service, such as which of your manager's phone numbers you take incoming calls for or whether your manager can still answer their calls. You can select a special ringtone for your manager's calls or choose to stop taking calls on behalf of your manager.

Editing the manager service

You can view the details of your manager service and edit selected options.

Note

Can't edit a feature?

If your administrator has locked a feature for you, you can't edit options for that feature. Contact your administrator.

To view and edit the manager service

  1. Access One Net Feature Management Portal.

    Read about accessing One Net Feature Management Portal >

  2. Select My Profile > Manager Screening.
  3. In the My managers section, select View.

    The list of your managers is displayed.

  4. Select Eye icon or Pencil icon for the manager you want to view or edit the details for.
