Managing ringing options

You can set up how you want your incoming calls to ring your devices, for example, which of your devices should ring when you receive incoming calls or what happens to calls you don't pick up. You can also select different ringtones for calls coming from different phone numbers and view which call ringing features are assigned to you.


Can't edit a feature?

If your administrator has locked a feature for you, you can't edit options for that feature. Contact your administrator.

Setting ringing options

You can set the following ringing options:

  • Whether you want incoming calls to ring your devices one by one (in a sequence) or all at once (simultaneously).
  • Which of your devices should ring when you receive a call.
  • What happens to the call if you don't pick it up.

Setting distinctive ringing

You can set different ringtones for incoming calls depending on their origin.


Desk phones only

This feature only works on desk phones that provide distinctive ringtones. It doesn't work on mobile phones.

Viewing ringing features

You can view which call features related to your ringing options are active. Your administrator can activate or deactivate these features for you.


These features are available only on desk phones.
