You can set up how you want your incoming calls to ring your devices, for example, which of your devices should ring when you receive incoming calls or what happens to calls you don't pick up. You can also select different ringtones for calls coming from different phone numbers and view which call ringing features are assigned to you.
Can't edit a feature?
If your administrator has locked a feature for you, you can't edit options for that feature. Contact your administrator.
You can set the following ringing options:
You can set different ringtones for incoming calls depending on their origin.
Desk phones only
This feature only works on desk phones that provide distinctive ringtones. It doesn't work on mobile phones.
To set a ringtone for external calls, for Outside One Net network, select a ringtone from the list.
To view, edit or delete distinctive ringing
You can view which call features related to your ringing options are active. Your administrator can activate or deactivate these features for you.
These features are available only on desk phones.
You can view the following ringing features:

My Call Pickup |
You can answer calls ringing on one of your phones by using the phone shortcut #154* on your device you want to answer the call on. |
My Call Park |
You can temporarily park a call while you're carrying out a task such as resolving a customer query. When you are ready to resume the call, you can retrieve it using the same device or pick it up using another phone in a different location. |
Call Pickup Group |
When you're a part of a call pickup group, you can answer calls ringing on other members' phones by dialling the phone shortcut #155*. |
