About do not disturb
If you don't want to be disturbed, you can forward incoming calls to your voicemail for a defined period of time.
You can choose to block all incoming calls and forward them to your voicemail, or create a whitelist of phone numbers that will get through to you.
Can't edit a feature?
If your administrator has locked a feature for you, you can't edit options for that feature. Contact your administrator.
To block incoming calls on all your devices
-
- Select My Numbers > Do Not Disturb.
- Select On for Turn Do Not Disturb for all devices.
- Select how long you want to block incoming calls for.
- Select whether or not to receive a notification when do not disturb deactivates.
- Select whether to block internal, external or all incoming calls.
- Select Apply.
Selected types of calls will be blocked, with the exception of phone numbers on the whitelist.
To block incoming calls on a selected device
-
- Select My Numbers > Do Not Disturb.
- Select View More next to the phone number you want to block incoming calls for.
- Select Edit.
- Select On to activate do not disturb.
- Select how long you want to block incoming calls for.
- Select whether or not to receive a notification when do not disturb deactivates.
- Select whether to block all, internal or external calls.
- Select Save.
Selected types of calls will be blocked with the exception of phone numbers on the whitelist.

Managing the whitelist
Calls from phone numbers on the whitelist can reach you regardless of your blocking settings.
To create a whitelist

- Select My Numbers > Do Not Disturb.
- Select Manage white list at the top of the page.
- Select Edit.
- Select Add group, Add user or Add number and select groups, users or phone numbers to add to the whitelist.
- Select
for groups, users and phone numbers you want to add to the whitelist.
