Your call history lists information about all your incoming and outgoing calls.
Your call history is updated every 15 minutes and saves information about calls for 31 days.
You can view information about calls for all your numbers, such as caller ID, duration of the call or what happened on the call.
Your administrator activates or deactivates call history for you. When call history is deactivated, the information is no longer updated and can't be viewed. Call information from before call history was deactivated is saved and can be viewed when call history is activated again. Your administrator can also download your call history as a CSV file for you.

The call history displays a list of calls with information such as the originating phone number, the destination phone number or the date and time.
You can search your call history with different criteria, such as outgoing, answered or international calls.
