This site is for Vodafone One Net customers. If you need help with your Vodafone mobile service, visit the Vodafone Support Centre.
As a user, you can view your call features, such as call forwarding options, do not disturb or whether you can monitor other users' availability. Whether you can edit a call feature depends on the level of access your administrator gives you.

You can see an overview of call features for all your phone numbers.
To view your call features
The list of your phone numbers is displayed.
Your call features are listed at the top of the page. Active features are marked with .
You can view the following call features:
Feature |
Description |

Call Forward |
There are a number of situations when you may want to forward incoming calls to another phone number or to your voicemail. |
Call Waiting |
If you receive a call when you're already on a call, you will hear a tone to indicate that there is another call waiting. The new caller hears the normal ringing tone until the call is answered. |
Call Transfer |
If you answer a call and find out that the caller wants to speak to someone else, you can transfer the call to them. Editing this call feature requires contacting Vodafone customer care. Speak to your administrator. |
Call Conference |
Include up to four people in an active call to set up a conference call. Editing this call feature requires contacting Vodafone customer care. Speak to your administrator. |
My Caller ID |
When you make a call, your name and phone number can be displayed to people who have caller identification features on their phones. You can select how your caller ID is displayed when you make calls. |
Ring Back When Free |
If someone tries to reach you when you're on a call, the system will automatically call them back for you after your first call is ended. This feature is only for calls within your company. |
Do Not Disturb |
If you don't want to be disturbed, you can forward incoming calls to your voicemail for a defined period of time. You can choose to block all incoming calls and forward them to your voicemail, or create a whitelist of phone numbers that will get through to you. |

Other users can monitor if you're available to take calls. |
Eligible to Monitor |
You can monitor other users' availability using a Busy Lamp Field (BLF). |
Call History |
View information about your incoming and outgoing calls. |
Distinctive Ringing |
You can set different ringtones for incoming calls depending on their origin. |
Eligible for Presentation |
If your number is set up as an alternative caller ID, it can be displayed on outgoing calls. Editing this call feature requires contacting Vodafone customer care. Speak to your administrator. |
Dual Outgoing Transfer |
This feature prevents users from transferring calls to public numbers, outside of the One Net service. Editing this call feature requires contacting Vodafone customer care. Speak to your administrator. |

Can't edit a feature?
If your administrator has locked a feature for you, you can't edit options for that feature. Contact your administrator.
