You can use One Net Feature Management Portal to manage your personal settings, such as changing your password and email address.

Changing your email address

You can edit the email address you use with your One Net service.

To change the email address

  1. Access One Net Feature Management Portal.

  2. Select My Profile > My Personal Information.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Enter your email address.
