You can select an announcement to be played to callers when you are unavailable to take calls.
You can store audio files with recorded announcements that can be used to customise services such as auto-attendants, closed hours or call queues.
You can set an alternative caller ID for any of your phone numbers. You can use this feature to have one caller ID for all of your phone numbers and use a company number as your caller ID.
You can use closed hours to control the activity of services assigned to company numbers, such as auto-attendant, call queue or hunt group. The administrator can set times when a service should be active, for example, during the business hours of a support desk
Main numbers are company numbers that can be used as caller ID for calls made outside the company.
When you make a call, your name and phone number can be displayed to people who have caller identification features on their phones. You can select how your caller ID is displayed when you make calls.
You can improve your callers' experience by playing music or messages if you have to place them on hold. You can play background music so callers are not left in silence, or use the opportunity to deliver informative or promotional messages.
