Information for administrators
Main numbers are company numbers that can be used as caller ID for calls made outside the company.

You can view a list of main numbers or view details of a selected main number. You can also check if a company number is currently in use as a main number.

You can set a company number as a main number. The main number can be used as the caller ID for outgoing calls either for all numbers in the company or only for selected numbers.

If you want only selected numbers to use the main number as their caller ID for outgoing calls, in the Numbers list section, select Add number, select the numbers from the list and then select Select Numbers.
You can edit settings for a main number such as which numbers use it as their caller ID or whether it's the default caller ID for all numbers in the company. You can delete a main number when you don't want the company number to be used as the caller ID.

Deleting a main number doesn't delete the company number.
