About the announcements library
Announcements library contains all announcements used in your company. You can view, edit, upload and delete announcements in the announcements library.
About announcements
Announcements are voice messages used by features such as auto-attendants, hunt groups and call queues. They can also be used directly by users as absence announcements.

Announcements can be default or customised.
Default announcements are the announcements that come with One Net. You can view and activate or deactivate them. You can't edit or delete default announcements.
Customised announcements are the announcements you record externally and then upload to the announcements library. You can view, activate or deactivate, edit and delete customised announcements.
To play an announcement
For administrators only
You can listen to the announcement for a feature.
To play an announcement for a feature
- From the Company features section in the side menu, select
Announcements. - Select
next to the announcement you want to play.
To create a new announcement for a feature
For administrators only
- From the Company features section in the side menu, select Announcements.
- Select Create Announcement.
- In the Name field, enter a descriptive name for the announcement.
- From the Associated Feature list, select the feature the announcement will be used on.
- From the Language list, select the language of the announcement.
- Select Upload announcement and then select the file you want to upload.

- Select Create.
To edit or delete an announcement
For administrators only
You can edit details of an announcement such as its name, language and the feature it's used for. You can also upload a different audio file for the announcement.
You can't edit or delete default announcements.
To edit an announcement
- From the Company features section in the side menu, select Announcements.
- Select
next to the announcement you want to edit.
- In the Name field, enter a descriptive name for the announcement.
- From the Language list, select the language of the announcement.
- Select
to remove the current announcement file. - Select Upload announcement and then select the file you want to upload.
- Select Save.
To delete an announcement
- From the Company features section in the side menu, select Announcements.
- Select
next to the announcement you want to delete. - Select Delete.
