Information for administrators
Announcements library contains all announcements used in your company. You can view, edit, upload and delete announcements in the announcements library.
Announcements are voice messages used by features such as auto-attendants, hunt groups and call queues. They can also be used directly by users as absence announcements.

Announcements can be default or customised.
Default announcements are the announcements that come with One Net. You can view and activate or deactivate them. You can't edit or delete default announcements.
Customised announcements are the announcements you record externally and then upload to the announcements library. You can view, activate or deactivate, edit and delete customised announcements.

You can view the announcements uploaded for a feature. You can also listen to the announcement and see where it's used.

Maximum number of announcements per feature
The number of announcements you can upload for a feature may be limited. If the feature you want to select isn't on the list, check if it already has the maximum of announcements uploaded.

You can edit details of an announcement such as its name, language and the feature it's used for. You can also upload a different audio file for the announcement.
You can't edit or delete default announcements.
