One Net Address Book lists phone numbers in your company as well as the people and company features assigned to each number. You can use One Net Address Book:
Information for administrators
As an administrator, you can add, edit and delete contacts and manage the information listed in One Net Address Book.
To view One Net Address Book
You can add contacts to One Net Address Book using the One Net Feature Management Portal interface or import several contacts at once from a CSV (comma-separated values) file.

As an administrator, you can choose which types of contacts are displayed in One Net Address Book, configure custom fields with contact information and define the search criteria.
You can select to display the following types of contacts:

You can configure 16 custom fields for additional contact information. Once you configure a custom field, all users can use it to add more details to contacts.

You can select the search criteria that can be used to search for contacts. You can set options for searching One Net Address Book using One Net Feature Management Portal, desk phones and a softphone.
