Locking users
Information for administrators
You can lock a user's account to prevent them from logging in. User accounts are also locked automatically if they enter a wrong phone number or password three times when logging in to their account.
To lock or unlock a user
For administrators only
- From the Company Structure section in the side menu, select
Users.The list of users is displayed.
- Select a user whose account you want to lock or unlock.

If you want to lock the user's account, in the User details section, activate Lock user's access to the Customer Provisioning Portal.
Or
If you want to unlock the user's account, in the User details section, deactivate Lock user's access to the Customer Provisioning Portal.
- Select Save.
To view the company lock history
For administrators only
- From the Company features section in the side menu, select
Locked users .
