Locking users
Information for administrators
You can lock a user's account to prevent them from logging in. User accounts are also locked automatically if they enter a wrong phone number or password three times when logging in to their account.
To lock or unlock a user
For administrators only
- Select Management > Users & Groups.
- In the Users Management section, select Manage.
- Select a user whose account you want to lock or unlock.

If you want to lock the user's account, in the Lock Management section, select Lock this account.
Or
If you want to unlock the user's account, in the Lock Management section, select Unlock this account.
To view a user's lock history
For administrators only
- Select Management > Users & Groups.
- From Users Management, select Manage.
- Select a user whose history you want to view.

View the user's lock history in Locked Users.
To see more details, select View More.
To view company lock history
Information for company administrators
- Select Management > Locked Users.
