Mobile phones are available in One Net Business and One Net Mobile.

Setting up your One Net mobile phone

To use a mobile phone with One Net, you must have a Vodafone One Net SIM card.

Your One Net representative needs to know your mobile phone number so that they can set up your phone for use with One Net. When your organisation first sets up One Net, this process happens in bulk. Administrators can add individual numbers later too, for example, if you have a new starter.

Using your own mobile phone with One Net

If you have a Vodafone One Net Business SIM card and your organisation supports BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), then you can use your own mobile phone with One Net.

Contact your administrator for help with using your own mobile phone with One Net.

Setting up One Net features on your mobile phone

One Net Mobile Client is a portal that you can use on your mobile phone to manage your One Net features, for example, setting call forwarding options and choosing which hunt groups you want to receive calls for.
