Making a conference call with a desk phone
The devices' availability depends on your solution
Desk phones, conference phones and a range of hardware products are available in One Net Business and One Net Office.
When you're on a call, you can dial another contact and create a conference call between yourself and the other two parties. You can also create a conference call with another call that's currently on hold.
Cisco desk phones
To hold a conference call with a new party

When you want to add another party to your current call, depending on your desk phone model, press Conf or Conference.
The current call is put on hold.
- Enter the phone number of the contact you want to add to the conference call.

Depending on your desk phone model, press Conf or Conference.
Both parties are added to the conference call.
To hold a conference call with an on-hold party
- When you want to add a party who's on hold to your current call, depending on your model, press ConfLine or confLx.
- If you have two or more calls on hold, scroll to the call you want to add to the conference call.

Press Select.
Both parties are added to the conference call.
Huawei desk phones
To hold a conference call with a new party
- When you want to add another party to your current call, press Conf.

Enter the phone number of the contact you want to add to the conference call.
Or
Press the contacts button and select a contact from your personal directory or from One Net Address Book.
Or
Press the call history button and select a contact from your recent call history.
- Press Call.
- Wait for the party to answer and press Join.
Both parties are added to the conference call.
To hold a conference call with an on-hold party
- When you want to add a party who's on hold to your current call, press Merge.
