Using a mobile phone with One Net

Mobile phones are available in One Net Business and One Net Mobile.

Using your mobile phone

You can make and receive calls and texts with One Net as you would with any phone. In One Net Business, you can send and receive text messages with your mobile phone number, but if someone sends a text message to your desk phone number, it won't be delivered.

Changing your caller ID

You can choose which phone number is presented when you make an outgoing call. This might be your One Net phone number if you also have a Vodafone One Net Business desk phone, or a company number.

Using phone shortcuts

Phone shortcuts are codes that you can dial to:

  • Activate or deactivate services, such as do not disturb and call forwarding
  • Change which caller ID you present on the next call
  • Pick up a call in your pickup group or from one of your other devices
