Voicemail greeting and absence announcements

Setting up your voicemail greeting

You can record your own message to be played when a call is transferred to your voicemail.

To set up your voicemail greeting

  1. Press the Voicemail button on your desk phone or dial 121.
  2. Follow the instructions to set up greetings.
Note

One voicemail

If you have more than one One Net device, you can set up your voicemail greeting on any of your devices.

Absence announcements

You can choose pre-defined announcements to play when someone calls you, for example if you are travelling or off sick.
