You can forward your calls all the time, when you're busy, or when you can't answer a call.
To forward calls
Choose the call forwarding option you want to use and enter the number you want calls to be forwarded to.
Forward to voicemail
Enter 121 to forward calls to your personal voicemail, or 121 followed by a hunt group number to forward to the hunt group voicemail.

Forwarding to an external number
If you are forwarding calls to an external number, make sure that you enter any access or area codes that are required to call that number.
You can use One Net Feature Management Portal to set up rules to control when call forwarding is on or which calls you want to be forwarded.
