Introducing devices

Note

The devices' availability depends on your solution

  • The One Net Business solution offers mobile phones, desk phones, conference phones and a range of hardware products.

About devices

This article describes how One Net features work with VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) desk phones, mobile phones, tablets, desktops and laptops.

If you have more than one One Net Business device, such as a desk phone and mobile phone, you can configure how they interact with each other. For example:

  • When you receive a call, your devices can ring together, or one after the other.
  • Your devices can share a single voicemail. When you receive a voicemail message, all your devices can display a notification. When you've listened to the message on one device, the notification disappears from all your devices.
  • You can use your desk phone number as the caller ID for your mobile phone, so the same phone number is presented to all your customers.

Set up how you want your devices to work together in One Net Feature Management Portal.

VoIP desk phones

You can use Vodafone Cisco VoIP desk phones with One Net. If you need an easy way to call your contacts and see your colleagues' availability for calls, you can also connect Cisco attendant consoles to your desk phone. This type of device is also known as Busy Lamp Field (BLF).

One Net Feature Management Portal lets you set up your One Net services and features. For example, if you set do not disturb in One Net Feature Management Portal, your availability changes on your desk phone.

You can access your organisation's One Net directory from your desk phone.
