The other speaker can't hear me

What's the problem?

The person I'm calling with my One Net desk phone can't hear me.

Why does this happen?

The other speaker can't hear you for one of the following reasons:

  • Your desk phone is set to "mute".
  • There's a problem with your headset or another accessory.
  • There's a problem with the service of the person you're calling.
  • There's a problem with your One Net service.
