The person I'm calling with my One Net desk phone can't hear me.
The other speaker can't hear you for one of the following reasons:
Make sure your One Net desk phone isn't set to "mute".
Make sure your One Net desk phone booted correctly and the line button is green.
If you're using a headset or another accessory, disconnect it and try calling without it.
If the other person can hear you, there's a problem with your headset or accessory. Contact your administrator.
Try calling another person.
If they can hear you, the problem is with the service of the person you wanted to talk to.
If they can't hear you either, contact your administrator.
