Other people can't call my desk phone

What's the problem?

I'm using a One Net desk phone and other people can't call me.

Why does this happen?

It's possible that you set your One Net desk phone to Do Not Disturb.

What to do

Make sure your One Net desk phone booted correctly and the line button is green.

Make sure your One Net desk phone isn't set to Do Not Disturb.

Contact your administrator.
