Scheduling regular reports

Information for administrators

As an administrator, you can schedule regular reports about call queues and agents. One Net Small Call Centre sends these reports to specified email addresses at the selected intervals.

To schedule regular reports

  1. In One Net Feature Management Portal, from the side menu, select My numbers.
  2. From the Company features section in the side menu, select Call Centre > Periodic Reports.
  3. Select how often you want One Net Small Call Centre to send reports.
  4. Enter the recipients of the email containing the report.

    To add more than one recipient, separate email addresses with a semicolon.

  5. Select Save.
