Managing agents

A supervisor can add or remove users as One Net Small Call Centre agents.

To add an agent

  1. In One Net Feature Management Portal, select Management > Call Centre.
  2. Select Call Centre Setup.
  3. Select Manage Agents.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select Add Agent.
  6. Search for and select the desired user.
  7. Select Select Users.
  8. Select Save.
Note

Not all users can be added as agents

To check if a user account is valid to be an agent, see the mark in the Valid column of the Agents table.

To remove an agent

  1. In One Net Feature Management Portal, select Management > Call Centre.
  2. Select Call Centre Setup.
  3. Select Manage Agents.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the desired user.
  6. Select Remove Agent.
  7. Select Save.
