Managing agents
A supervisor can add or remove users as One Net Small Call Centre agents.
To add an agent
- In One Net Feature Management Portal, select Management > Call Centre.
- Select Call Centre Setup.
- Select Manage Agents.
- Select Edit.
- Select Add Agent.
- Search for and select the desired user.
- Select Select Users.
- Select Save.
Not all users can be added as agents
To check if a user account is valid to be an agent, see the mark in the Valid column of the Agents table.
To remove an agent
- In One Net Feature Management Portal, select Management > Call Centre.
- Select Call Centre Setup.
- Select Manage Agents.
- Select Edit.
- Select the desired user.
- Select Remove Agent.
- Select Save.
