One Net Mobile Client only allows you to set up features that help you manage your calls. Using One Net Mobile Client doesn't change the way you make and receive calls on your mobile phone.
All call-making and call-receiving options, for example, putting incoming calls on hold or accessing voicemail, depend on the mobile phone you're using.
Talk to the One Net administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
