Hunt groups

A hunt group is a way to manage calls coming to a phone number that is shared by a group of people. The distribution of the calls depends on the ringing pattern applied to teams in the hunt group.

You can enable and disable the hunt groups for which you receive calls.

To select the hunt groups you receive calls for

  1. In One Net Mobile Client, select .
  2. Select On for the hunt group you want to receive calls for.

To change the hunt groups you are a member of, contact your administrator.
