What's the problem?
I'm using a One Net desk phone and other people can't call me.
Why does this happen?
It's possible that you set your One Net desk phone to Do Not Disturb.
What to do
First try this
Make sure your One Net desk phone booted correctly and the line button is green.
If that doesn't work
Physically connect your desk phone to your main office One Net service.
If the issue is still present, contact your administrator.
