Attendant console - console is not lighting up
What's the problem?
My attendant console is not lighting up.
Why does this happen?
Your attendant console is not lighting up for one of the following reasons:
- The auxiliary cable is not connected to the proper ports.
- Your attendant console is not working properly.
- Your desk phone is not working properly.

What to do
First try this
- Disconnect your desk phone.
- Turn both your desk phone and your attendant console face down.
- Reconnect the auxiliary cable and make sure you choose the proper ports. For details, refer to the manufacturer's user guide.
If that doesn't work
If possible, connect the attendant console to another desk phone and see if it works. This allows you to determine if it's a problem with the attendant console or with your desk phone.
Then contact your administrator.
