My attendant console screen doesn't display a contact's name. The contact is already configured as monitored in One Net Feature Management Portal, but the name keeps reverting to blank.
Your attendant console can't display special characters. When you add a contact without removing special characters, the contact's name will be blank. You may also get an error message at the top of the attendant console screen.
Contact your administrator and ask them to edit the contact's name.
Talk to the One Net administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
