What's the problem?
The password to my One Net Feature Management Portal account doesn't work.
Why does this happen?
Your password might not work for one of the following reasons:
- You are using an incorrect password.
- Your administrator has locked access to your account.
What to do
First try this
Make sure you enter the correct phone number and password and try to log in again. The password is case-sensitive.
Then try this
- Open One Net Feature Management Portal (Link only works on PC or Mac®) >
- On the login screen, select Forgot your password?.
- Enter your phone number and the security code, and then select Change password.
