Your Home Worker desk phone won't connect to the network for one of the following reasons:
Make sure your broadband connection is working normally on another device, for example, try checking your email or browsing the internet.
If there is a problem with your broadband connection, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Make sure your power and network cables are connected to the desk phone properly.
Check if there is no local power outage.
Talk to the One Net administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
