My Home Worker calls are of poor quality

What's the problem?

I'm using Home Worker and my calls are of poor quality or the quality drops suddenly.

Why does this happen?

Poor quality of calls is usually the result of not enough internet bandwidth available. Streaming audio and video or online gaming use a lot of your broadband connection that is shared with your Home Worker solution.

What to do

Close other devices or applications that share your broadband connection.

For more information on which devices and applications use a lot of bandwidth, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
