With One Net Business you can answer calls using your desk phone, mobile, tablet, PC or Mac®. You can answer calls in a number of ways, using different applications.
For example, with the Webex app you can answer calls on your PC or Mac.
With the Webex app installed on your PC, Mac, mobile and tablet, you can answer calls with any of your devices.
When you receive a call, it appears in Call console.
To answer a call
With One Net Receptionist, you can answer calls in several ways. You can answer calls in Call console or from a call notification. You can also answer calls for a colleague.
