One Net Business voicemail
Your One Net Business voicemail records messages from callers if you're unavailable or already on a call. With voicemail, you can:
- Play personalised greetings to callers when you're busy or unavailable
- Receive an email notification whenever a voicemail message is recorded for you
- Let callers transfer to another number and/or leave a message
- Access your voicemail from all your One Net Business devices and from other phones, such as your home phone
- Send your voicemail messages to other people using distribution lists
Personal greetings
In One Net Manager, you can record personal greetings for when you're busy and unavailable that play when a caller is diverted to your voicemail.

Listening to your voicemail
You have a One Net Business voicemail passcode to access your voicemail. However, you can choose to log in without your passcode when you access voicemail from one of your One Net Business devices or from other phones that you specify, for example, your home phone.

Forwarding calls to someone else's voicemail
You can forward calls to someone else's voicemail, instead of your own. For example, when you know you'll be unavailable for a long time and want your colleague to handle the callers, you can forward all your incoming calls to them.
To forward calls to someone else's voicemail
- In your voicemail settings, enter *55 <location dialling code of the user's site> <the user's extension>, for example, *55 6 134.
