Your One Net Business voicemail records messages from callers if you're unavailable or already on a call.
With voicemail, you can:
You can't access the voicemail of a hunt group to listen to voicemail messages, but you can receive the voicemail messages by email.
You have a One Net Business voicemail passcode to access your voicemail. However, you can choose to log in without your passcode when you access voicemail from one of your One Net Business devices or from other phones that you specify, for example, your home phone.

In One Net Manager, you can record personal greetings for when you're busy and unavailable that play when a caller is diverted to your voicemail.

The voicemail portal provides a way for you to access your voicemail service. With the voicemail portal, you can, for example, set up personalised greeting messages, retrieve your messages and forward or reply to them.
