The light for one of the users stays green even when they are on a call.
This may happen for one of the following reasons:

Reboot your desk phone.
If you're monitoring this user for the first time, reboot their desk phone as well.
Contact your administrator to make sure the user you're monitoring is configured as Eligible to be Monitored in One Net Feature Management Portal.
Ask your administrator to completely reconfigure the Busy Lamp Field (BLF) button for the user you're monitoring.
After reconfiguration, reboot your desk phone.
Talk to the One Net administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
