You can start a conference call from a desk phone or in One Net Operator Console.
Starting a conference call in One Net Operator Console
To start a conference call, you need to have two active or held calls in the Active calls area. You can also add other people to a conference call if you have an active or held call with them.

Starting a conference call from a desk phone
When you're on a call, you can dial another contact and create a conference call between yourself and the other two parties. You can also create a conference call with another call that's currently on hold.
