Keyboard shortcuts

There are some useful keyboard shortcuts you can use to complete tasks in One Net Call Centre.

Shortcut

Action

Esc

  • Closes an open dialogue box
  • Exits an editable item

/

Places the cursor in the Enter a number box

?

Places the cursor in the Search box

Down Arrow

Selects the next item in Call console or Queued calls

Up Arrow

Selects the previous item in Call console or Queued calls

Page Down

Selects the next page in Call console or Queued calls

Page Up

Selects the previous page in Call console or Queued calls

1-9

Selects the first, second, and so on, call from the Call console

Shift+1-9

  • Answers the first, second, and so on, incoming call
  • Puts on hold the first, second, and so on, active call
  • Retrieves the first, second, and so on, held call

Space bar

  • Answers the call selected in Call console.
  • If no call is selected, the Space bar answers the call that has waited longest.
  • Press the Space bar again to put the current call on hold and answer the next call.

Ends the call selected in Call console.

Enter

  • Calls the number entered in the Enter a number box
  • Searches for the text entered in the Search box
  • Sends a chat message

Transfers the call selected in Call console to the number entered in the Enter a number box

S

Opens Settings

B

Closes Settings and returns you to the home page

R

Opens Call history

H

Opens the information site

D

Supervisors only. Opens Dashboard.

Shift+L

Logs you out of One Net Call Centre

Shift+A

Changes your call availability to available

Shift+U

Changes your call availability to unavailable

Shift+W

Changes your call availability to wrap up
