Exporting call diagnostics data

One Net miniClient allows you to export your call diagnostics data.

To export your call diagnostics data

  1. On a PC, right-click the One Net miniClient icon in the taskbar notification area.

    On a Mac®, right-click the One Net miniClient icon in the menu bar.

  2. Select Export diagnostics data.
  3. Select a folder to save the report to.
  4. Select Select folder.
