One Net miniClient help

Managing call history

One Net miniClient allows you to define how long your call history is stored for. You can also export and delete your call history.

To define how long your call history is stored for

  1. On a PC, right-click the One Net miniClient icon in the taskbar notification area.

    On a Mac®, right-click the One Net miniClient icon in the menu bar.

  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select History.
  4. From the Call history list, select the time period.
  5. Select Save.

To export your call history

  1. On a PC, right-click the One Net miniClient icon in the taskbar notification area.

    On a Mac, right-click the One Net miniClient icon in the menu bar.

  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select History.
  4. Select Export history.

    A CSV file containing your call history downloads.

To delete your call history

  1. On a PC, right-click the One Net miniClient icon in the taskbar notification area.

    On a Mac, right-click the One Net miniClient icon in the menu bar.

  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select History.
  4. Select Clear Call history.
  5. Select Save.
