Using One Net miniClient, you can make calls in several ways.
Active calls limit
You can have up to four active calls. If you make or answer any other call, the operation fails.
To call a contact
Or
Right-click the contact and select Call.
To find and call a contact
You can enter partial information, such as part of a name or phone number, but you must enter at least two characters.
Or
Right-click the contact and select Call.
To call a number
If you know the number you want to call, you can enter it directly using the dial pad.
To end a call
To hold/resume a call
This feature is only available on PC.
One Net miniClient integrates with Skype for Business. You can then make calls to a Skype for Business contact or call a number in Skype for Business.
To call a Skype for Business contact
You can use One Net miniClient to call contacts directly from your Skype for Business database.
The call is terminated in Skype for Business and forwarded to One Net miniClient.
You can also right-click the contact and select Vodafone Mini Client.
To call a number in Skype for Business
The call is terminated in Skype for Business and forwarded to One Net miniClient.
If you're 'available' on Skype for Business, One Net miniClient will automatically change your status to 'busy' when you start a call. When you finish the call, One Net miniClient automatically changes your status back to 'available'.
If you change your status during the call, One Net miniClient won't change your status back to 'available'.
