Setting options for picking up or joining calls

With the pick up or join call feature, you can pick up a call for someone in your site. You can also join an active call.


This feature works only if you're picking up a call for a user that has one call.

You can use feature access codes to pick up or join calls with other users.

You can choose to hear a warning tone when another user joins your call.

To activate the warning tone

  1. Select Anrufdienste.
  2. Set Gezielte Anruf-Übernahme mit Aufschalten to Ein.
