Pickup call groups
About pickup call groups
Members of a pickup call group can answer each other's calls from their own phones. These groups are useful for teams or office areas where users are working together. If users can see when their colleagues are away or busy, they can answer their calls for them.
Managing pickup call groups

Information for administrators
You can create as many pickup call groups as you need for the site. Each user can only belong to one group.

For administrators only
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Standortdienste > Anrufübernahme-Gruppen.
- Select Hinzufügen.
- Enter a name for the pickup call group.
- Select Speichern.
You can then add users to the pickup call group.
For administrators only
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Standortdienste > Anrufübernahme-Gruppen.
- Select the pickup call group you want to change from Name der Anrufübernahme-Gruppe.

Search for users.
Only users not already assigned to a pickup call group appear in Verfügbare Benutzer.
- Move any users you want to add to this pickup call group to Zugewiesene Benutzer.
- If you want to remove users from the pickup call group, select the users in Zugewiesene Benutzer and move them to Verfügbare Benutzer.
For administrators only
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Standortdienste > Anrufübernahme-Gruppen.
- Select the pickup call group you want to delete from Name der Anrufübernahme-Gruppe.

Select Löschen.
The users in the group can be added to other pickup call groups if required.
